Prices were firm at yesterday’s sale at Johnson ville. Wright. Stephenson and Co., Ltd., and Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report that owing, to the smaller yarding and butcher*' requirements being short a. total clearance was made- and the prices for cattle were slightly firmer than last week's rates. Ewes and wethers sold on a par with late rates. Lambs met with a keen sale at slightly advanced rates.
