NEXT CONVENTION IN PAHIATUA. Officers were elected at the W.C.T.U. Convention in Feilding as follow: District president, Mrs H. Paterson, Pahiatua ; vice-president, Mrs Sorenson, Levin; secretary, Mrs Young, Levin ; treasurer, Mrs Ivennerley, Levin ; Maori superintendent, Miss Lee, Waikanne ; young people’s superintendent, Mrs Terry, Fteilding. A lecturette on the school of methods was given by Miss Moore, and the president (Mrs Paterson) gave an uplifting address. An invitation from the Pahiatua branch to hold the next convention there was extended by Mrs Paterson and gratefully accepted.
