A BRITISH FARMER.
MR THOMAS BAXTER S VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND. Much interest was manifested at the meeting of the Farmers’ Union yesterday in the visit to. the Dominion of Mr Thomas Baxter, a representative British farmer, who is to confer with New Zealand farmers on production and marketing problems. An endeavour is to be made to get Mr Bcxier to visit the Wairarapa and confer with district daily farmers at Carterton.
