PARS ABOUT PEOPLE.
On severing his connection with the firm of Air A. Pringle, Mr J. Tolmie. who has been in charge of the drapery department ton the past ten years, was on Saturday the recipient of a presentation from the members of the staff, oil whise behalf Mi ss I>. Parsonson handed him a beautiful pair of slippers and expressed the warmest good wishes of his fellow workers. Mr Tolmie returned fitting thanks.
