A lien walked into a house nt Brigg, Lincolnshire, and laid an egg in a woman’s hat. She then went upstairs and laid another egg in a bed. x x x x An unarmed man, aged eightythree, was attacked by a wolf while getting firewood on Mount Olympus, m Anatolia. A desperate battle followed. and finally the old man strangled the wolf. i x X X X Burglars broke into a- house near Totteridge. They stole nothing from inside, but took away a hive o: bef2s from the garden.
