WIFE’S TRAGIC DISCOVERY*
Electric Telegraph—Press Association MASTERTON April 6. A well-known district farmer, Mr Robert Oliver Smith, of Earlvhurst, aged 64 years, was found dead this afternoon, apparentlv as the result of having been kitted and dragged by a horse he was breaking in. Tlie re were no eye witnesses of" the accident. The tragic discovery was made by deceased’s wife. An inquest will be held to-morrow.
