1 >OMI NION-tYJ DE SCI H EME. Rians for a new Dominion-wide scheme for unemployment finance have been drawn up by Mr F. J Jones, chairman of the' Hutt River Hoard, and submitted to the technical committee of local bodies investigating economic relief works. Iho board yesterday asked him to make the scheme public. The scheme provides foi an internal loan of T '2 , ,500,009 and a gradual reduction in tile, unemployment tax.
