SUFFERING FROM APPENDICITIS. United Press Assn —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, August 21. The Duke of Gloucester suddenlybecame ill on Thursday, afternoon and was rushed to the Countess of Carnarvon’s nursing home, in the West End. Doctors diagnosed the trouble as appendicitis. An operation may be necessary but the Duke is restful this morning. O PER ATIO N NECESSAR Y. (Received 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, August 21. The Duke of Gloucester will be operated oil at ten to-morrow morning.
