I'he News-Chronicle’s Berlin correspondent says that the flight of capital from Germany js causing the Government great anxiety. It is estimated that £41,(XX),000 has left since January, the bulk of which has gone to Switzerland and "lore recently to Holland. Besides big capitalists small people are sending their paltry savings abroad, despite higher rates of interest and freedom from income tax obtainable if banked in Germany.
