MEETING OF ASSOCIATION. The last meeting of the' Bush Union Hockey Association was held at Pahiatua, Mr W. A. Cittadini presiding and also present Mcssr.. CavanagTi, Ward. O’Sullivan, Finn. Payne and Edge. _ , v . r , A letter was read from the Council in. reference to the forming of a, separate union for Hie Bush District, stating that objection had. been made from Wairarapa and Hawke’s Bay.—lt was decided to write the N.Z. Council again and also to endeavour to send a delegate to tho next meeting. A rebate of £l4 odd, as share of the profits was received Lorn the G i si)orne tourney. Notice of motion was given to the N.Z. Ladies’ Council re the Union’s affiliation fees. It was decided that the proceeds of the tourney held on August I I last be divided equally between the men’s and ladies’ account. It was decided that the annual meeting he held on March 28 at Palliation. an,l that all chibs be notified, andl the names of the new delegates he sent in to the secretary. The ladies’ lands are well in hand approximately about £6O and the men’s fund is in credit- about £l4. It was decided tlilat a delegate attend the next meeting of the N.Z Lad.ies’ Council meeting. Complimentary remarks were forwarded on behalf of five chairman and. secretary on the aide manner in which they ' had carried out their d uties.
