(By “DOLORES.”) Mrs J. Algie. of Pahiatua has left on.a health visit to Sydney. A party of friends from various parts are- also making the trip. Mrs J. S. Bissett and Miss Bissett intend spending the holidays at Hastings and Napier. Miss Pryde, “Sunnyside” Ruawhata, left to-day on an extended holiday to the South Island. Miss Hughes, teacher at Pori, is spending the vacation at Danncvirke and Auckland.

Mr and Mrs G. B. DeAth, Kumeroa, are motoring to Auckland for Christmas and New Year. Mrs Stafford has been the guest of Mr., C. Bee, Pori Mrs Treasider, Makuri, left to-day on a holiday visit to Napier. Mr and Mrs Groeott and family, Wakeman Street, are spending the holidays at Russell.
