FIRE AT TOKOMARU BAY
GARAGE DESTROYED. Electric Telegraph—Press Association GISBORNE, Thi s Day. Bignell Holmes’ garage at Tc.kom&ru Bay, a large wooden building, was destroyed by fir© this morning as a result of a mishap to the vulcanising operations. Ali the, cars in the garage were saved but. the material and plant was destroyed’. A billiard saloon a,nd shop occupied 'bv Wi Pork and the Nativci Trust Office adjoining were also destroyed.
