RAGING IN AMERICA. United Press Assn —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. AYASHINGTON, Decembr 19. Complete reports from 42 States on file by the United States public service indicate over 700,000 persons are afflicted with influenza, although official reports accounted for only 141,000 new cases for th e week ending December 15. Officials estimate these are less than a fifth of the total number.
