The future system of the Government of Nationalist China is announced dv Nanking, following prolonged conferences. The chairman will be bead of the Government with a committee of fifteen, and the chairman will be concurrently com-mander-in -chief of the army, navy and air forces. Five councils will be appointed —legislative, administrative, judicial, supervisory, and central political. Each chairman will-be assisted by a deputy, and each council will be subsidised. Chiangkaishek, Hulianming, Wangcliunghui, Sunfo. and Lishihtdng are among tile prominent Kuamontang officfSls appointed to study Hie new system and report on its suitability for modern China.—Sun cable.
