Probate has been granted ia tho will of Enid Miriam Halsted, formerly of Christchurch, who- left. £14,379. The testatrix vers the wife of Percy Halsted, who with her brother Emil of Dunedin, are executors of th© estate which was left on trust for the benefit of the children and grandchildren. The will of Mrs Dorothea Ziele. c-f Leeton (New South Wales) has been lodged for probate. It is believed that bequests of over £60,000 were made to disabled and stranded soldiers in Australia. The major portion oil the estate is in New Zealand. —Australian Press Association.
