THEFT CHARGE
UNEMPLOYED EX-LEADER. Elpotrio T^lporraplr Association CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night Described as an .ex-leader of tne unemployed in Christchurch a man whose name was suppressed, pleaded not guiltv this morning to a charge of stealing £l6, the property of the Christchurch organisation of unemploved. The accused was remanded till" Monday next. Bail was allowed. His counsel said the prosecution was prabnblv a spiteful one and the outcome of a discussion among the unellMagistrate Mosley: “Let the facts speak for themselves. Ihe question is whether the man is guilty.
