FRIDAY AND SATURDAY—HAROLD LLOYD AND “JOY GIRL.” Some time ago we read that Harold Lloyd had said he considered “College Days” to lie almost as good a picture as “Grandma’s Rov." He’s all wrong. It’s better It’s the best picture he has ever made, is our humble opinion, and would seem to be the opinion of the audiences at the De Luxe Theatre yesterday. All about a boy who goes to college for the first time and the things that happen to him. Pictures like this come seldom. The second feature, “The Joy Girl,” is the story of a Romantic gill who sets out in search of adventure and a wealthy husband. Her quest takes her through the seashore resorts, night clubs, fashionable homes and other playgrounds of the rich. Tho production has sumptuous cosmopolitan settings which includes ICO Palm Beach bathing girls. No. 4 of “The Collegians,” an exciting episode of college youngsters, will also be screened.
