SENSATION IN THE DAIL. (Received .9.20 a.m.) I'Jectric Telegrapll—Press Association LONDON. April 26. A sensation was caused in the Dail by Dan Breen, who recently took his scat, sponsoring a Bill to amend the Constitution by repealing (lie oath of allegiance. The Dail, by 47 votes to 17. refused leave to introduce the Bill.
