HUGE FRENCH CREDITS

In the Chamber of Deputies, by 411 votes to twenty-nine, voted a special credit of 183 millions of francs for the Moroccan campaign. The vote preceded a debate wherein the, speeches foreshadowed the Government’s certainty of an enormous victory. MARKET PLACE BOMBED. PARIS. July 9. When two thousand Riffs were assembled in the market place at ElHad, buying cattle and stores, eleven French aeroplanes appeared and dropped 1} tons of bombs. One hundred and seventy were killed and six hundred wounded.
