Electric Telegraph—Press Association SYDNEY, July 8. A man, fishing from a small boat in Sussex Inlet, booked a- 12-itxvt shark, which headed for the open sea. dragging the boat with great rapidity. The choppy sea made his pdsition dangerous, but the fisherman Inuig on, fight continuing for 1J hojurs, till, fearing he would be swamped he finally cut loose. The water was then too rough to row back and the boat was drifting farther seaward when it was picked up by a passing steamer. The man. tlreii was almost exhausted.
