CONVENTION BILL. (Received 11.40 a.m.) Electric Telegraph—Press Association PARIS, June 9. The Chambers unanimously adopted a Bill ratifying the Washington Eight-hour Day Convention Bill. It contains a rider that the Convention will not he effective until it is ratified by Germany.
