APPEAL DISMISSED.
HECTOR GRAY’S DISQUALIFICATION. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The New Zealand Racing Conference decided to-night tile appeal of H. E. Gray, jockey, against the decision of the Canterbury District committee in disqualifying him for life- from May 27, 1925, for a corrupt practice under part XXXII rule I clause (a) of the Rules of Racing. Judgment was as follows: “We have carefully heard the appeal of H. E.
