MRS. DON.
A POPULAR SPEAKER
Mrs Don, who is to speak on Tuesday evening in the Foresters’ Hall on “What I Saw in America,” has been named “the queen of Dominion speakers.” She is a speaker ■of rare gifts, possessing a strong, clear voice, and is a close student of social questions. Her eloquence springs from her earnestness. Eloquence has been defined as heart language, hence she may he rightly termed an eloquent speaker. It is a pleasure to listen to her. Hearing so many conflicting reports concerning the working of prohibition in America, she determined to see for herself, hence she paid a lengthy visit and travelled through many of the States. She comes back with a thrilling story to tell of what she saw in America.
