BREAKING AND ENTERING
MINER PLEADS GUILTY
Electric Telegraph—Press Association DUNEDIN, Last Night.
A young miner, named David Louis Norman. Michie, employed at Kaitangata, pleaded guilty before Air J. R. Bartholomew, S.AL, to a series of chargesof breaking and entering arid theft, the premises concerned being those of Messrs McGruer, Taylor and Co., and fhe amount represented £sl 17s. But for the confession of accused, it was admitted that his connection would have been difficult to prove and pleading guilty he was remanded for sentence, bail being fixed at £2OO and twe sureties of £IOO on one charge olid on two other charges in himself at £IOO on each.
