PREMIER OF QUEENSLAND.
MR THEODORE S SUCCESSOR BRISBANE, February 25. The' Sitate Labour Party has elected Mr V . N. Gillies, Premier in succession to Mr E. G. Theodore, who has resigned. Mr Gillies previously was Minister for Agriculture. Mr Theodore resigned the Premiership in order to enter Federal |«>litics.
