Sir V,'alter Buchanan, M.L.C., was a visitor to Pahiatua' yesterday Mrs f■. IV. C'hatwin left for Wellington this week on a short visit to her mother, Mrs C. H. C'hatwin. The Pahiatua Ladies’ Hockey Club is confronted with an important vacancy in its management. Miss 1). C'hatwin, who has been secretary for the past two seasons, has tendered her resignation of that position.
