Nomination of Candidates CLOSE on FRIDAY, the 13th inst. c The Campaign commences on 1 TUESDAY, 17th inst. i Candidates will not be restricted to a; i y particular District in their efforts to further their candidature. To stimulate interest in the Carnival in its initial stages, tile Candidate who lias the highest number of votes to her credit on SATURDAY the 28th inst., at 8 p.m., will receivw , a BONUS OF 1500 VOTES.
