On the eve of his marriage, Mt- V. Scott, of the Pahiatua Telephone Exchange, was to-day presented hv the Postmaster, Mr W. Canning, with a silver tea)>ot. Air Canning expressed the good wishes of the staff and himself towards Air Scott and the bride-elect, and Mr Scott suitably replied.
