KETOIIT FOB THE MONTH. The monthly meeting of the Palliatua Plunlcet-Society was held in the Rest Rooms on Monday. There were present • Mrs W. Pur die (in the chair), Mesdam.es Kotlowski, Paterson and Morris. Apologies .for abseil oe wore received from Mesdam.es Sheklet©iL and Tinnoy. The Nu'rse‘s report for the month showed that fifty-six visits had been made to homes, while 159 adults and 110 babies, including seven new cases, had frequented the Rest Rooms. During the month Miss Patrick, of Dunedin, Director of Plunkiet Nursing, paid a visit to Pahiatua and expressed her pleasure of the growing work of the Society locally. It was reported that the donation box at the Rooms container?' 8s 9d,
