MASTERTON SHOW.
The annual show of th© Master ton A. and R. Association is to be held on th© beautiful Solway showgrounds on February 20tli and 21st, 1923. Despite the slump, the Association Ins decided to make a special effort 1,1 connection with this year's oxhibiion, anil particular attention has been paid to the various stock classes, competitions, industrial, horticultural and children’s classes. In ibe sheep, cattle and horse sectionsthere have been substantial entries received from the best, breeders in the North Island, while the other sections of the show have been well patronised. Very tew ngrii*ult ura.l societies in the Dominion offer th© i>annV» wid' - range of trophies and special prices as the Master ton S>cueLy does. Special arrangements hav© been mr do in connection with bringing patrons bv train to the showgrounds, while, similar services n il return them to their respective towns. Tiler© will be motors running to and from the town to th© showgrounds at suitable intervals on People's Day. The ram fair, for which largo entries have been received, will bcMicld on February 22nd and 23rd.
