MUTINY ON STEAMER. Electric Telegraph—Press Association Copyright. (Australinn-N.Z. Cable Association.) San Jose (Costa Rica) May 26. The Peruvian Government lias faildel to deport to Australia forty-five politician s, including General Oscar Benavides, a former President. The deportees mutinied aboard the ship in mid-Pacific, while bound to Australia, and took the steamer back to Punta Arenas, where they appealed to the Costa Rican Government for asvlum.
