I’RECAUTION. NOT PANIC. The last epidemic has loft many people with a fear of recrudescence, and at the first signs of a cold they pot alarmed. It is not anticipated that there will ho a return of the epidemio in a serious form. Everyone, however, should take the easy precautions that are necessary to maintain health.
