BUTTER FOR LOCAL MARKET.

GOVERNMENT ACTION CRITICISED. Electric Telegraph—Press Association Hamilton, June 11. Referring to the official statement that the Government had done no more than follow the custom of recent years, an releasing butter, .Mr Guodiollou, manager of the New Zealand Dairy Association, stated that producers took no exception to the holding back of a quantity of butter sufficient to supply local requirements until the eoming season’s make was available.
