Auckland, Last Night. The Hospital Board discussed the preyalenc© of infantile paralysis. The chairman suggested th© appointment of a committee of doctors to obtain information regarding the disease* Dr. Florence Keller stated that daring her recent visit to the United States she studied the disease. A similar epidemic had occurred in the States about three years ago. Three main precautions wer© taken by the authorities, which resulted in practically subduing the epidemic. The chairman said Be hoped precautions on thees lines would be introduced. At noon the total number of cases of infantile paralysis reported was 206, of which 118 ar e in the city and 88 in the country.
