Copy light (Received this day at 11 a.m.) Amsterdam, This Day. A storm is imperilling fresh districts in Holland. The waters are rushing in at Monnikendam. The inhabitants are re-evacuating Voledam. Ihc railway dyke between Purmerand and Otts/.aa.m has been destroyed, threatening a fresh catastrophe. Large 'forces of troops are striving to stem the Hoods. The rupture of the dykes at Salsmeer, near Amsterdam, appears inevitable and would involve several polders.
