Oat crops promise to bo heavy this season (says the Wyndham ‘‘Herald.*’) There will be a tremendous crop on Edendale Plains, oxten cling to Seaward Downs. Die straw in some eases is five feet long hough not in oar. Much of it is down. If rain supervenes, the harvesters wilj have some tangled stuff to work.
