SHORTAGE AND BAD WEATHER
Electric Telegraoh—Press Association. Ooayriitbt. (Received this day at 9.30 a.m.) Sydney, This Day. Heavy coastal weather is delaying shipping. A launch capsized on Camden Haven bar and three were drowned. The shortage of tonnage is soriousy affecting the Newcastle oral trade. Mines are working short time and others are idle.

FACILITIES IN BUILDING
(Received this day at 9.30 a.m.) Melbourne, This Day. The Central News reports that the ship-builders of Gasgow state that the Government is granting half a million tons of merchant shipping to relievo the shortage.
