Owners of horses which are liable under the Rules of Racing to be bracketed on the totalisator must give notice to that effect not later than the hour of acceptance under penalty of not less than £lO or more than £IOO. 5. All races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. 6. All nominations by telephone or telegraph must be confirmed by letter at once, accompanied by fees, name of owner, colours, breeding, age, and all necessary official information.

Nominations for all ©ventß, including Maiden Hack Race, close with the Secretary at Pahiatua, at 9 p.m. on FRIDAY MARCH 10th, 1916 WEIGHTS. Weights will bo declared on or about March 18th, 1916.
