ATTRACTIONS FOR TO-MORROW.

Everything is in readiness for the Pahiatua Show, to be held to-mor-row, and the only matter of any concern to the officials is the weather. The indications are favourable for settled conditions and there is every prospect of a fine day. _ The shower that fell early this morning was very beneficial, as it freshened the, grounds and cooled the atmosphere. A number of late entries have been received for both the Show and Ram Fair, thus considerably augmenting the totals. The entries the Ram Fair now exceed 59£. ' Most of the judges for the show will arrive by motor in the morning. A feature of the gathering will .be a kinematograpb record of the whole of the proceedings. There will be a light luncheon room, on the ground, also a firth t and soft drinks stall, under the management of Mr J. S.-'c-Nicol. The publican’s booth will be run b T - Mr Paget- Jones. The sideshow romise to be more numerous than ever. . . The jumping competitions will commence at 1 p.m„, and the judging of •11 classes, with the exception of the competitions, at 10 a.m. The Show Committee will be pleased to receive members’ subscriptions on the ground. As the prize money is paid out immediately the show is over, promptnes iu the payment of subscriptions is of material assistance to the Association. The secretary’s office will be under the grandstand. Arrangements have been made by the chairman of the Carnival Park Board to provide hot water for visitors.
