3. Competitors in tho athletic events must send in a list of performances for the last two years. If no wins marks for starts must be stated. 4. Nominations for events Nos. 1, 2.4, 7,8, 10. 11 and 12 will close with tho secretary on FEBRUARY 23rd, at noon. Acceptances on tire ground. 5. All nominations must bo accompanied with tho nomination fee. 6. Protests must bo lodged with the *‘V'*etairy within ten minutes after the race accompanied with a fee of 2s 6d for athletic events, which will be forfeited if tho protest is considered frivolous.
