BIG GATHERING EXPECTED

Dogs will be on view for tl»<> flrst time, and the success of this department is distinctly encouraging. The grounds are in tip--top order, side shows will he present jin great numbers, and there will be all the essentials to make this year’s farmers’ festival a pleasant memory I of the past. Special excursion f«i*os will be available from Palmerston North, I Napier, and intermediate stations on j Dtli and 10th, the tickets being available until February 17th.
