NOMINATIONS cloae at the Secretary's offioe, Woodville, at 8 p.m., on MONDAY, 31st JANUARY, 1916. WEIGHTS for all races on first day of meeting will be declared on MONDAY, 7th February, 1916. ACCEPTANCES far all racer on first day of meeting and entrance for Maiden and Scurry cloae with the Secretary at Woodville at 8 p.m. on THURSDAY, 10th February, 1916. WEIGHTS for all races on second day of meeting will be declared about 8.30 o’clock on the evening of the first day’s races. ACCEPTANCES for second day’s raoes cloae with the Secretary at the Club’s rooms, Woodville, at 930 o’clock on the evening of the first day’s races. CONDITIONS.

1. Races 4,6, and 8 on day are open to all horses. 2. Hack Definition.—No horse Khali start in any hack flat race which has, at any time, prior to the time of entry. won a race of the value of £l6O to the winner, or races of the aggregate value of £4OO to the winner, nor in any hack hurdle raoe or steeplechase, which has at any time prior to the time of entry, won a raoe of the value of £l5O to the winner, or races of the aggregate value of £4OO to the winner, provided that in calculating such values any moneys payable by reason only of no other horse winning second or third money shall be excluded. The amount won by any horse in flat races, hurdle races or steeplechases respectively, shall be estimated separately, and shall not debar such horse from entry except In the special class of race in which he has won the amounts. 3. Every entry shall state the name or assumed na*me of the owner or owners.

4. Owners of horses which are liable under the Rules of Racing to be bracketed on the Totalisator must give notice to that effect not later than the hour of acceptance or entry for Maiden and Scarry, as the case may be. under penalty of not less than £lO or more than £IOO. PENALTIES.

FLAT RACES.—The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst. lOlbe) to carry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race 61bs extra.
