Nominations for all events close with the Secretary on TUESDAY, APRIL 28, at 10 p.m. Weights will be declared on or about Saturday, May 2nd. Acceptances close with the Secretary on FRIDAY, MAY 8, at 10 p.m. CONDITIONS. 1. “Hack” means a horse that has not at time of nomination won an advertised race exceeding 100 sovs, or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. 2. All entries must be addressed to the Secretary, and entrance fees must be enclosed. 3. The age, pedigree and performances of horses, and name or assumed name of owner, also name of trainer and colours of rider must bo given at time of entry or nomination. 4. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest op- i portunity. All races to be run under the rules of Racing. Owners are particularly requested to send in last three performances when nominating; also weights carried. PENALTIES.
