STATE CONTROL A MISTAKE. Electric Telegraph—Press Association CopyrightLondon. Last Night. The Harbour Commission is unanimous that it would be a mistake to place harbours under State control. Liverpool and Glasgow achieved greatness because they were managed by shipowners, merchants, and traders understanding their requirements.
