Cows to be milked at home in the presence of stewards appointed by the Committee. The stewards will watch and weigh the milking on the evening of Saturday, December 2nd, and will watch, weigh and take samples of the two milkings on the morning and evening of Sunday, December 3rd, handing these samples to the secretary for testing purposes.
