The Persian Government has decided to postpone the Russian loan until Parliament consents. M r John Redmond declares that the Budget proposals are had, unjust and oppressive. The old, age pensions would certainly benefit Ireland to the extent of two and a half millions, hut the money could have lieen apent to til© greater benefit of Ireland in increasing the transport and general development. The Nationalists had decided to vote against the second reading.
