WEEKLY AUCTION REPORT.
Messrs Mitchell, Griffith and Company, Limited, report weekly sales as follow: Pigs: Moaners 6is to 8s 3d. slips 9s to 11s 6d, stores 19s to 21s 6d. Poultry: No entries. Fruit: Apples 3s to 5s 6d per ease, quinces Is 8d to 3s 3d per case, tomatoes 3s. Farm produce: Potatoes 5s 6d cwt., onions Id to If cl per lb, 8s per cwt., cabbages, cauliflowers, etc., at last week’s rates. Furniture, bicycles and sundries were also cleared at satisfactory prices.
