N'OTICE is hereby given that ilio following Special Order was adopted at a special meeting held on Friday, '27th April. 1906: “That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of Five Hundred Pounds, authorised to bo raised by the Akitio County Council, under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act. 1901,” for metalling the Waihi-Akitio-road, the Akitio County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of Twopence in the Pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Waihi-Akitio Loan District, comprising Sections la. lb, 2. .‘lh. In. lb. Block IT.: Sections •9, 4. 0,7, 8. 10a. 10b. 11, 11a. 12. 19. 13a, and Lot 17. Block 111.. Mt. Cerberus Survey District. and t lint such Special Rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly, on the first day of March and the first day of September in each and every year durfhg the currency of the said loan, being a period of forty one years, or until the loan is fully paid oIT.
