N'OTICE is hereby given that ilio following Special Order was adopted at a special meeting held on Friday, '27th April. 1906: “That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of Five Hundred Pounds, authorised to bo raised by the Akitio County Council, under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act. 1901,” for metalling the Waihi-Akitio-road, the Akitio County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of Twopence in the Pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Waihi-Akitio Loan District, comprising Sections la. lb, 2. .‘lh.
