An injunction order was granted against McDiarmid at the S.M. Court this morning. He had been illegally occupying a shop belonging to Airs. Sowry. Mr, R. Morgan has sold his Tiraumea property to Mr. Corbett. Mr. Ebbett’s fellow traveller to the Old Country will he Mr. J. Morgan. Mr. Curry, of Woodlands-road, is doing extensive tree planting on his farm. When the trees grow it will be one of the best sheltered properties in the district. There was only a fair attendance at the Maori i-taka entertainment last night. Notwithstanding he poor attendance the performers went through the whole programme and gave each item with much vigour.
