AFFAIRS IN RUSSIA.
BOMB OUTRAGES. FEB UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. St. Petersburg, May 29. Two of the men who threw the bombs during the review of the troops at Sebastopol, and who were arrested, came from St. Petersburg. Two other men who also gave the signal also came from St. Petersburg. Six sailors were killed. Fourteen persons were seriously injured, and 40 severely injured. The Military Governor had a marvellous escape. A PLOT AT SEBASTOPOL. London, May 29. The Odessa correspondent of the “Standard” states that a plot at Sebastopol aimed to murder all the officers and seize the arsenal. The military is only partially trustworthy. The fleet is wholly disaffected.
